This is my kind of dressing! I feel casual but put together. I was definitely not fibbing when I talked about my love for these J. Crew shirts in a previous post. They are so versatile. I have worn this specific black and white version with 1) pink high-waisted pencil skirt and black heels for work 2) grey skinny jeans, bright blue suede heels and a black chunky necklace for dinner with friends 3) white jean shorts and gladiator sandals during the summer. It ranks high on my list of most grabbed for items in my closet. Feeling shy about trying the neon trend? Start off with something subtle like this neon pink skinny belt. Have a stylish weekend! This fall/winter an old favorite reappeared as one of the hottest trends. Polka dots have been seen on blouses, dresses, sweaters, shoes, handbags and accessories. This is a trend that I will have fun with… I have always been a huge fan! The size of the dot on these tights makes a bold statement, so I have kept the rest of the outfit simple. I would put this together for a Girls Night Out. It is the perfect time to be fearless with fashion. Pair a trendy piece with a classic staple from your wardrobe. Have a stylish day! The first thing that comes to mind when thinking of sweaters is comfort, but you don’t want something boring! The wilderness sweater and the marabou cropped jumper featured in this post are both from MinkPink, a clothing and accessory line out of Australia. Their collections could be described as vintage inspired, low-key and retro. They make apparel that is comfortable to wear everyday, but also stylish enough to wear to a social event. I love all of their unique designs and affordable prices! Here are some other MinkPink sweaters that I am loving: Can’t Be Tamed Jumper, Varsity Tunic Sweater, Bobble Knit in black, Bobble Knit in ivory Have a stylish weekend!  Erica Photos — Spencer Warlick

No need to wait to rock one of the top trends for spring! Neon can absolutely work now with your winter wardrobe! Pair this neon yellow bag with an all black ensemble for a pop of color! It would be amazing with black leather leggings, your perfect white tee, black tuxedo blazer and heels. These turquoise heels by Kelsi Dagger immediately caught my eye! The color is gorgeous, and is a refreshing alternative to a neutral shoe.  Pair with grey skinny jeans and a big chunky grey sweater for a monochromatic look during the winter months. When the spring season rolls around, you can mix them with some other bright spring colors such as pink, green and tangerine. Luscious is right! These neon green skinny jeans by AG are a fun way to add a little spice to your wardrobe. For a preppy day look, pair them with a chambray button…

Be brave with color!  When wearing a colored top or skirt, it is most likely your first instinct to pair it with a neutral. While that is still a great choice, try to think outside the box and pick a bright and cheerful color instead. Color-on-color pairings are all the craze!  For some fresh ideas and delicious eye candy, check out a J. Crew catalogue.  No matter the season, it will leave you lusting over all of the amazing color-on-color combinations. Give your black pants and grey sweaters a rest!  Get out all of the colorful pieces in your wardrobe and start experimenting! Have a stylish day! Erica Photos — Spencer Warlick

Emmanuelle Alt, editor in chief of Vogue Paris, is at the top of my style inspiration list.  She is often dressed in her uniform of blazers or jackets paired with skinny jeans and sky high heels.  Her relaxed rock and roll style never ceases to amaze me.  Emmanuelle is a master of keeping things simple and always looking effortlessly chic! Have a stylish day! Erica

You definitely can be stylish and comfortable!  I bought these Minnetonka Moccasins last year, and they quickly became a personal favorite!  Being America’s first footwear, they are a true casual classic.  The perfect choice to show off your free-spirited, laid-back side.  They are made in both ankle and boot styles, and look awesome paired with skinny jeans and t-shirts or leggings and an oversized sweater… just to name a few. Another closet staple is white jeans, and I do not put them away after Labor Day!  I love white jeans in the winter tucked into boots with a turtleneck and blazer, or a navy sweater and ballet flats.  Very Parisian!  A sequined top or jacket paired with white skinny jeans and heels will have you looking elegant for a night out on the town.  Toughen those white skinnies up with the perfect grey t-shirt, a black motorcycle jacket and black…
